Synopsis «The Queen’s Tournament: the solidarity of the Portuguese people» To fulfil its functions as a cultural institution, the National Coach Museum undertakes, amongst others, the mission of holding temporary exhibitions. The main purpose of these temporary exhibits is to show objects that are part of the Museum’s collection under different interpretations and perspectives.

Museum closed – August 2nd

On account of the visit of His Holiness Pope Francis to the Palace of Belem, the CCB and the Monastery of Jeronimos, we would like to inform you that for reasons of circulation and security, the National Coach Museum is closed to the public on Wednesday, August 2nd. The Museum will resume its usual opening
