From the beginning of July 2019, the National Car Museum presents its visitors the temporary exhibition “Centenary Citroën”, allusive to the 100 years of this automobile brand.
Innovation, vision, comfort, inspiration, difference. It is not easy to find the right word, the most appropriate expression, the perfect adjective to describe what the Citroën brand represents, but “it is said that a picture is worth a thousand words”.
In this exhibition organized by Clube Citroën Clássico de Portugal and MNCoches, with the support of several entities, several images are shown: miniatures, pieces, catalogs, advertising, plants, etc. Most of the vehicles produced by the brand, Type A, from 1919 to C5 Aircross of 2019, are presented in scale – three – dimensional history image. Following the time line, marked by the miniatures, the Catalogs and Advertising illustrate the innovative way Citroën has been promoted.
The stories and technical explanations are also not forgotten and appear in the “Double Chevron”, the Citroën logo that accompanies the brand 100 years ago.
Visit, enjoy and appreciate this Exhibition!
